"Error in Application" Error message when submitting POC Job

When receiving the alert "Error in application" after submitting a fabric or photo order form it is due to the file being submitted incorrectly.

If you are receiving this alert after attempting to submit a fabric or photo order form it is due to your file size being too large.

Please note to submit for this service your file must be:

• Under 20 MB
• In PDF file type
• The actual size requested ex: If requested 24x24 in page size must be 24x24 in
  • (Open file in Adobe Acrobat, check document properties, page size)

If issue still persists please create a TDX ticket.
