One of Formstack's most powerful features is its email integration. Each step in the form is assigned to one or more users, and when that step is submitted, those users are notified by email and within the Formstack application. They are provided with a link that lets them view and act on the submission.
By default, the owner of the form is assigned to each step, but we can change that to allow the work to flow from one staff member to another.
In IT, as administrators of the Formstack application, we may be asked to check or modify assignments, to ensure that the proper staff members are getting the notifications. This article in the Formstack knowledge base shows how to get to the page for assignments.
