1. On TNS assigned MAC OS computers -- When attempting to install network office printers by visiting https://printing.newschool.edu -- and you get the "Authorization Code Incorrect/Missing" pop up message.

2. Please click on the Iru Icon from the top menu, and click on "Iru - Self Service"

3. When the Self Service window opens, click on "Authorize" or "Run Again" button under "ITC - PrinterCloud Authorization" area.
