How to Change or Reset Your Password
The New School Account Portal allows you access to change or reset your New School password.
Change Password
Step 1: Go to account.newschool.edu
Step 2: Login with your NETID and enter your current password
Step 3: Authenticate with the Duo multi-factor authentication connected to your account.
Step 4: Select "My Password" on the left side panel bar.
Step 5: Enter your current password and then enter your new password and select "Reset" to update your account. 
Reset Password
If you do not know your password and need to reset it.
Step 1: Go to account.newschool.edu and Select the "Forgot Password".
Step 2: You will be routed to the password reset portal, select "NEXT"
Step 3: Enter your NetID and select "Submit"
Step 4: Select the recovery email where you will receive the Verification PIN.
Step 5: Open the email and enter the PIN when prompted and select "Verify".
Step 6: Authenticate with the Duo multi-factor authentication connected to your account.
Step 7: There may be more than one account available. Select "Reset" on the account to be reset
Step 8: Reset your account password by entering a new password and then confirm it by entering the new password again and select "Reset Password" to update your account.
