This is a know issue.
Windows laptops printing to "TNS ProColor Wireless" and "TNS Color Wireless" have printouts in Black and White instead of the expected ProColor and Color prints.
To fix the issue you will have to change the following printer settings on your windows laptop for each type of printer.
Please follow the four steps below.
(You can also stop by one of the Technology Center Labs to get assistance from our staff on how to do this.)
The steps shown below are for TNS ProColor, but the process is the same for TNS Color.
Step 1
Taskbar > Search > ”Printers and Scanners”

Step 2
TNS ProColor Wireless > Manage

Step 3
Choose "TNS ProColor Wireless" in the drop down menu > then click "Printer properties”

Step 4
Device Settings > Installable Options > Device Type > Change from "Auto Detect" to "Color"

Click OK
You can now print to the ProColor printers from your Windows laptop.
You will have to repeat the four step process for the Color printers.
