We provide on-site instructions and can provide in-person instruction for all IT supported classrooms.

Getting Started
IT supported classroom have either
A Mac ON the lectern (monitor is silver)
Reboot or power back on (button behind the monitor on the left)
A Mac IN the lectern (monitor is black)
Reboot or power back on (Black power button on the front to the right on the front of the lectern)
All IT supported classrooms have
A touch panel on or near the lectern
A cable (USB-C or HDMI or both) if you want to use your laptop.
Scheduling assistance
If you prefer for someone to assist you with the technology, Information Technology can provide hands-on training for IT supported classrooms at the New York Campus.
This can include how to use the projector or other screen devices, manage the sound, connect your laptop etc.
We can accommodate Classroom Equipment Training.
Mondays through Fridays, between 8:30am and 6:30pm.
For requests outside of these days and times, please add a note to the text of the request.
We may not be able to accommodate same day requests.
Note that due to staffing schedules and demand, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred day and time, but our staff will contact you with alternate days and times as needed.
