We provide on site instructions and can provide in person instruction for all IT supported classrooms.

Getting Started
All IT supported classrooms have a one page instruction sheet in a silver frame on the wall which will guide you through the basics of that specific room's technology.
If you prefer for someone to assist you with the technology, Information Technology can provide hands-on training for IT supported classrooms at the New York Campus.
This can include, how to use the projector or other screen devices, manage the sound, connect your laptop etc.
We can accommodate Classroom Equipment Training.
Mondays through Fridays, between 8:30am and 6:30pm.
For request outside of these days and time, please add a note to the text of the request.
We may not be able to accommodate same day requests.
Note that due to staffing schedules and demand we may not be able to accommodate you preferred day and time, but our staff will contact you with alternate days and times as needed.
