The password change/reset feature allows you to update your New School password. You can reset your password if you no longer remember it. You must change your password every six months as required by The New School security policy.

Cloud Desktop is a Windows-based virtual desktop interface (VDI) that provides a way to use a variety of university-licensed software, formerly available in specific campus locations, on any up-to-date computer, tablet, or phone connected to the Internet.
Google Drive is a suite of web-based collaboration applications including: Docs, Slides, Forms, Sheets, and more.
Jabber Softphone is a service that allows you to use your New School phone number to make and receive calls on your laptop, desktop computer, smartphone, and/or tablet.
The New School has several wireless networks available to connect to throughout our campus.
To keep information secure, The New School requires that all students and employees use multi-factor authentication when accessing certain university systems that may contain sensitive and/or Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This additional layer of security ensures that even if your password information is compromised, there is a second step of verification to help prevent unauthorized account access.
Your NetID is your key to technology services at The New School. With your NetID you will be able to authenticate your access to a variety of information technology resources at The New School like accessing your New School email account, printing in technology labs, New School wireless networks, etc.
The New School operates a secure file transfer service, securesend.newschool.edu, to securely transfer sensitive information from one person to another, both inside and outside the university.
